This paper describes the reform introduced in the education and training of officers, the “military career law,” integrating it fully into the general educational system by requiring officers to obtain an official degree and non-commissioned officers to have technical training. This entails no loss of their military training, as the qualifications and titles obtained contribute to the training they need to pursue a military career.
