The freedom of expression and the sexual language in both the zouglou and the couper decaler music from Ivory Coast

This study deals with lexical creation taking in account sex and sexual issues in Côte d’Ivoire. Through musical genres such as “zouglou”, “couper décaler” and “nouchi” language, the ivorians way of speaking will be invaded with words and expressions such as: “pinhou”; “gnangni”; “Kpètou”; “casser le kpètou”; “laver le gléi”; etc. In sum, these linguistic facts are underlined in this study.
