The changes in the tendencies of the telecommunications are based on the investment to develop a block of basic technologies. The works of I + D will allow the network operators to provide advanced services more and more, making possible to the users to satisfy more and more demanding necessities. The users and operators influence in the tasks of I + D impelling the provision of the technologies that their new exigencies require. The interrelation so hard between the technology and its services is shaped in a number of applications that have constituted an authentic revolution in the telecommunications of the last times.
