In these pages the following questions are framed: Why would the reflection about the ethical formalism be a matter of importance in the development of the contextualized ethics? Why the existing controversy between the formal ethics and the contextualized one is a part of the hermeneutical turn of the contemporary philosophy? This subsequent reflection, due to its speculative nature, theoretical, is accompanied by another applied practical one; the reasons of one critical bioethics paying attention to the psychiatric science, in view of the reflective investigation, are explained too.
