Article shows implementation of A Model of Learning Powered by Technology at university environment. A Positive Digital Identity development on Web2.0 cloud is presented. People are creating their own portfolios - Personal Learning Portfolio and Personal Credit Portfolio. The part of it such proposals are generalizing methodologies to be useful to improve competitiveness of students, pedagogues, scientists but also institutions as well as anybody of lifelong learning activities.
