Using Twitter to improve writing competence in foreign language learning

We present an empirical study on using Twitter as a tool for improving writing competence in distance learning German as a foreign language for students from the initial levels (A1 and A2 of the CEFR). It will describe the methodology and key findings of the fieldwork.
